**I usually do cuts of salmon covered in lemon pepper and italian dressing, baked in the oven. Then served over lemon pepper noodles with baby carrots in a cinnamon glaze as a side. Pretty tasty.

The cuts I get from the store usually instruct 450 for 12 minutes. Comes out nice and juicy and mmmm mmmm good. Definitely worth a try. Also, put down some foil (non stick) on your pan, then just scoop your fork under the meat and the skin will stay on the foil and makes clean up a breeze!Followup Messages:
