**Which brings up to the garden area my wife and I have been working on. .We decided to take an area of the backyard to place outdoor furniture, outdoor bar, hanging baskets, garden flags, yard ornaments, wind chimes, and the like...The first time we decided to take our books out there and read, it wasn't five minutes later when a guy on the street in back of us decided to bring us up to date on the modern country hit parade... Help me Lord...A few doors down, it's a rap freak...The house next door features mariachi...

*I haven't experienced this issue in years, but I had a neighbor about 15 years ago who shared my backyard fence. He would get home from work at about 1 AM and crank up the country music. Terribly annoying, and a horrible wakeup when I had to be up at 6 to go to work.
