*no govt grants these definitions to us

*WE the PEOPLE of the world grant these definitions to them

*and in the US Constitution, that word was used for a reason and written in a time when this country was practically nothing but immigrants which further supports the irrelevancy of your statement

It most certainly is relevant, for that IS the way of the two justice systems.
You can't ignore what IS in place by just stating one word or thoughts about it. You can fight against it though, if that is your aim.
If you disagree and want it changed to oNE in house system, citezen nor not, then I suggest to DO something about it! Write some lawyer of same interest and see what they say. Find out how the two systems work, and why the second one was put in place. DO the homework if not happy with any of it! Stating things on the bad id NOT doing anything but having a good debate/discussion about the two systems.
Laws get put into place. The second system was put into place, I guess for the need to deal with worldwide war tactic reasons. (Saying that, The US should be tried in other countries, as I and many see it)! BUT, power is powerful!
We either work with the laws, and the two justice systems, or we get a lawyer to argue against them. Hate when that is needed,,,for we don't know what really goes on in the chambers.
EVERYTHING is relevant, for it is ALL part of the many factors involved as to HOW and WHY laws and systems get put into place.
So, maybe think about what YOU or OTHERS can do, if the two justice systems is a subject you want to actually challenge and change.
If needing millions of people in one action group to get seriously noticed, then maybe start with Ron Paul's NEW efforts soon to be launched! I can assist you in any serious and valid action attempts, as my son-in-law just got hired to be ONE of only TWO writers for his new foreign affairs department. The other is Danial McAdams. Look him up! Ron Paul is of course concerned with the rights of people here as well as anywhere.
I am NOT against you or anybody. Well, Two, (K and M), but for personal reasons, not topic or otherwise reasons. So, I will help you if I can, (suggestions or opinions or contacts as valid), as I always have been trying to help, regardless of how I write! :) Simple South Jersey boy with a South Philly edge of warm heartedness.
I am not the smartest "tool" in the toolbox, but I do have ideas and some contacts here and there in several fields. I LOVE interacting with people and learning and doing things FOR and WITH them! It is how I was honored in being called in to meet and tryout for the great producer, Mike Appel, from a friend who KNOWS me, who knows him. My "way" also offered me the chance to work with my son in law, who is WAY smarter than I will ever be! (I just provide some ideas, suggestions, and audio, writing editing). That has helped somewhat in having Chris get accepted into Ron Paul's trusted and small camp for his upcoming worldwide projects.
Chris trusts my advice and friendship enough to keep me on, and will inform Paul when the timing is right, IF it ever is, (if I am being real about it), for CHRIS is the one with the great mind and skills of that field. I only have hope to be included in some small way, for work reasons mainly.
We are no longer doing the interviews or writings on the EPJ site. McAdams offered Chris the position, THEN told Ron Paul that Chris was going to be available. Paul had been a fan of Chris's work on EPJ, as is Lew Rockwell. (Chris's articles have been featured on Rockwell's site as well as EPJ). Paul reads both daily. Chris left EPJ for ethical reasons of his, (which McAdams was made aware of). Integrity is Chris's strong suit! Paul of course knows this, now more than ever. (inside info not able to tell just yet).
I hear you, (in other words). I don't "argue" with anyone here. I WILL debate and bring up viewpoints. I simply give my viewpoints in "my way". NO ONE hears me but my in-person friends and family, so I understand misunderstandings.
I won't accept being called what I am not, though. :)
So, with your concerns, IF SERIOUS and can DO the work, I offer any help that I can do. But YOU have to take the initiative of TRUE actions, not just words or slogans pointed at me or anybody. I know the difference. I know what it takes to accomplish things, (dreams). THAT is MUCH and unbreakable Action, not just posts to a few. The right action and determination makes all the difference in the world, believe me! Others in my field quit, which simply made room for those that didn't. (The "chance" to do things, anyway). We MAKE our chances or NOT. No wishing, or just typing down slogans do much than please our instant ego needs. The rest needed is true action and follow ups,,over and over and over. Regardless of outcomes along the way. I am proof of that, and my son in law is much greater proof of that!
I wish you the best in your dreams. I hope you know what it really takes to accomplish anything other than our workaday jobs. It has taken ALL my time outside of family and working during the day, to JUST do the modest successes I now enjoy. Still, I am not paid well for any of it, and STILL love the challenges of it all and the efforts I DO for it ALL. It is still an ongoing process of DOING.
Thanks for your time in all that. If you can't be bothered with this long rant of valid info and suggestions, then you are certainly NOT ready to DO anything for anybody but yourself. (That's just the hard truth,,,NO added attitude with my typing or thoughts in saying that). It is simply and directly ALL up to you,,,YOUR actions or not.
I hope to inspire more efforts, from anyone.
Sincerely,
