YOU don't GET that: The two justice systems (ALREADY in place) by the US has nothing to do with that term.
WHY: Plain and Simple:
1. One system of the courts, (District and Supreme) is FOR the US CITIZENS, (GOT IT?).
2. And, the other (Military justice system), is for EVERYONE ELSE that might break laws while IN THE US, and I guess elsewhere GOT THAT ONE TOO!? :)
All GOT-IT's aside J: That doesn't mean I agree with that or not. IT is just the way the two systems are set up!
For being alienated: The TWO category's of people are placed in ONE or the OTHER justice systems, depending on citizenship or not. Is that taken away any rights? If so, ask an international law attorney about it. I don't have any other info to offer.Followup Messages:
