Does noise inhibit your concentration when you're reading? I csn manage some soft jazz once in awhile.... maybe a bit of classical..But far more often than not, I have to have quiet or else I wind up reading the same sentence over and over...

Which brings up to the garden area my wife and I have been working on. .We decided to take an area of the backyard to place outdoor furniture, outdoor bar, hanging baskets, garden flags, yard ornaments, wind chimes, and the like...The first time we decided to take our books out there and read, it wasn't five minutes later when a guy on the street in back of us decided to bring us up to date on the modern country hit parade... Help me Lord...A few doors down, it's a rap freak...The house next door features mariachi...

I wonder if there are industrial strength earplugs with a garden motif?
