* I guess part of the reason for the boards slowing down are that with both Beatles and John related things most of the "rarities" have already been released. The last big Beatles related event was the reissues which unbelievably were over three years ago already. I think the only thing left might be a proper DVD/Blu Ray release of Let it Be but I don't know if it'll ever happen.

* As for solo Beatle news Paul is supposed to be working on another album for later this year. And I believe the next reissue in the McCartney archives series is going to be Wings Over America. I'd consider getting it if it has a nice amount of bonus tracks. Wings Over America is a very good live album but the sound on the existing version is already quite good in my opinion. A DVD release of Rockshow would be nice too.

I'm disappointed with Paul. I wish he'd stick with Rock N Roll.
Kiss On the Bottom and his Classical Crap do nothing for me and, even as a long time fan and collector of his music, I have a hard time shelling out hard earned money for stuff like that.
His collaboration with Nirvana, is a nice reminder of what the man can do, when he gets his head out of the clouds.
