Meanwhile, George and Ringo were planning a party to get their minds off of Linda's death. Everyone was invited, and Paul was the guest of honor. They hadn't decided a date yet, but it would be in a few weeks, to give Paul some time to cope with his loss. George invited all their friends, and even all the useless characters. Everyone agreed to come to cheer up Paul.
Paul smiled somewhat, drank his fill, watched everyone having a lovely time to make him feel better, but the emptiness just wouldn't go away. Suddenly, all 4 kids burst in the door. "Happy Birthday Da!!" screamed James.
Paul's eyes got all wide. What were his kids doing here? They'd all gone back to work! "W-what?" Paul stuttered. "What're you doing here?" "Oh, Dad," Stella sighed. They all crowded around Paul.
MEANWHILE, John was bored. You'd be bored too if you'd been in the studio for 18 hours with no sign of getting out anytime soon. He drifted off, and stayed there until a voice interuppted his thoughts. "Hey John, you still there?" Asked Paul. "Oh, uh... Yeah. I guess I just kinda drifted off." John replied.
